Our Policy
Appointments:
- Booking: All appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation message for your appointment. Please ensure your contact details are up-to-date.
- Cancellation: We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Arrival:
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may reduce the duration of your service to accommodate the next client.
- If you are running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Payments:
- We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and digital payment options.
- To secure your appointment, we require a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service and is non-refundable in case of cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment.
Hygiene & Safety:
- For your safety and ours, all equipment is thoroughly sanitized after each use.
- Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities prior to your treatment.
Refunds:
- Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please let us know, and we will work to resolve the issue.
Children & Guests:
- For safety and comfort, we kindly ask that children and additional guests do not accompany you during your appointment.
